The app has been very useful at the gym, can type out notes for myself as well as interact with the coach, who can leave messages and tweak things as needed. The overall interface is pretty simple to use and I enjoy that it has its own timer available to use. Overall a pretty good app!

This has been a seriously beneficial program that has challenged me every single day. It is very difficult but builds you up day by day. Would recommend to anyone trying to reach new and incredibly high levels of fitness.

there are a couple little mistakes but the trainer is easy to reach and always clarifies.
