I love the different programs i can use, but I would like to be able to edit my future workouts. Currently, if I go to tomorrow's or even next week's workout, the edit button is grayed out. I'm only able to edit once I "start" the workout. Which is a colossal waste of my time in the morning when I just want to begin my set. If I can adjust and save my workouts ahead of time, that would be a game changer.

At 55 I was looking to get in better shape, instead of round. I had visited many sites catering to the older crowd . but never joined came across Josh's program. liked his no nonsense, no excuses type of coaching. I also read all the comments on his face book page from his clients. everyone seems to be responsive and supportive of one another with out ever meeting each other. I liked that. we are all in this for similar goals .

great app. not only does ot keep up with all your stats, it also has the capability to connect to smart watches to monitor heart rate etc.. you can even message josh personally from inside the app. all around great experience.
