Terrible experience! If your insurance is requiring your type of surgery to go through Transcarent, my prayers go out to you. Surgery was cancelled right before the procedure because Transcarent and Hospital could not agree on price. A co-worker almost didn't have her surgery paid for and found out the day of the surgery. You're not getting the best surgeons, only ones that agree with their pricing! Now I'm left with Dr. bills because I didn't have the surgery. Good luck!!

The app is nice, but cluttered. There is also an issue when trying to give your spouse full access to your prescriptions. After you get the email and the app pops up for you to approve them it freezes and doesn't go through.

I can not login via the app or the website. I used to be able to use fingerprint but now I am hard locked out because every attempt to reset password is met with nothing. No email or text, yet the account is confirmed as existing.
