The app used to stay logged in, but now it kicks you out every time you close the screen. It basically renders it useless for a 911 service. Also, it will not store log in info. This makes it far less user friendly than before the last update. I used to love using the app to manage my runs while working. Now, I would give it 0 stars if I could.

The most frustrating piece of JUNK I have EVER had the displeasure of having to use for my work. This program will log you out of the app intermittently at least 12 times per day. It will constantly fail to update the Trips which necessitates logging out then back in multiple times per shift. AND it has no Log In/Password memory so you have to type them in EVERY time. For what companies PAY to use this app, you'd think Traumasoft would enlist some decent programmers.

It no longer autofills my log in information. And you get a blank white screen when you press the patient in "my trips", so you can't progress the trip. I.E.-acknowledge, enroute, at scene, etc. EMS Charts was better!
