Worked fine for about two hours then the app crashed and wouldn't restart, even after rebooting, clearing the cach and app data.

this new stupid upgrade where you have to verify authentication gets in the way when I'm trying to open report. it's bad enough there's already too many security measures in place

Amazingly, you produced this with seemingly zero medical knowledge or understanding of what paramedics do. All my patients have a general impression of "Other Malaise" because your drop-down menu is bulky and full of uselessness that's a waste of time to weed through. Also, how about a place where I can write something in the assessment? Instead I get tons of buttons to tap that I'll never use because they're either inappropriate or lack relevant details. You're out of touch with the work!
