These people dont communicate with each other. Theres like 3 companies in 1 and you never get to talk to the people at the actual office. I went to get a oil change. Theyre taking forever so I leave n called to make an appointment outside their place n the phone just rang

I drove away in a car that by the time I got home the check engine light was on one of the tires was low and the gas pedal wouldn't work correctly and it started making a clicking sound. I called and asked them to come have it towed back to Phoenix and I want a full refund and now they're trying to tell me it takes 30 days to get a refund if that happens I'm going to sue them and I'll go to small claims court and I will ask for $10,000 this instead of what they owe me right now
