I've had my car since May and I love it I've been able to add an additional payment option in the app the app does not allow me to pay through it so I had to do a reinstall. I have not had a problem taking it in for maintenance and getting it approved the only thing the weekly payment payment is really high it's $479.99 with that being said it would be wonderful if they had a lease to purchase option with that price.

The chat option in the app doesn't work, and it would be nice if the option to add a payment method not just delete would be nice, At least when you call the staff is nice and helpful Oh and they should have a direct number that way we can avoid the option to choose which location, its not a big deal but its time consuming.

Edit: Told me they're changing service providers as I'm getting service and turns out the new service provider doesn't offer service at the chevy dealership so I might have to pay out of pocket and I probably won't be reimbursed Tire went flat 4 days in after hearing a large clunk. App doesn't help in getting a tow, so I'm calling aaa. Beware!
