On Unacademy, they keep calling you every day until you take a subscription. But as soon as you subscribe, if you face any problem with the class—like the class not running or being archived—they don’t attend the calls. You remain frustrated. I took a subscription for my optional, but the classes didn’t run. My money for the optional subscription was completely wasted. Unacademy seems to be just a way for them to make money.​"They always have this one line, 'chat with us,' which is useless."

🔸If there was an option, I would have given 0 stars. 🔸Because Before purchasing the subscription, I used to get multiple calls from Unacademy almost every day. But after taking the subscription, whenever I had a genuine query and tried reaching out, nobody attended my calls. The support system is completely unresponsive, and it feels like they only care until you pay. Very disappointing experience. This is not fraud , you can purchase it!

Worst app for studying. They keep calling you until you have not purchased the course and once you have purchased they don't take any responsibility for any kind of glitch. They provided me with archived lectures and are puzzling me for a long time without even finding any solution. This is the worst app to study. I wouldn't suggest anyone to take a subscription from this app. They are polite and humble to you until you have not taken any subscription once you are done their behaviour changes.
