Ratings and reviews

The app claims refunds if you need to cancel up to one hour before. Based on this, I booked it. A day before, I canceled but got Bounce CREDITS. Credits are not a refund. The FAQ said I could get a full refund to the original purchase method. Great! That's what I want. I opened the messaging system, where AI assured me a team member can help. Yes, I would love that! Unfortunately they never gave me an option to select that and was stuck in AI feedback loop, and was never helped. Edit:They helped

our drop off location opened early, the drop off experience was super easy, they carefully stored our luggage e en when 1 piece had many fragile pieces, none were broken. pick.up was equally super easy, completely without a hitch. super efficient. I totally recommend and I will definitely use this service and that store location again. thank you bounce team!

Needed somewhere to store luggage for a few hours between hotel checkout and our flight. Found a location via the website that was open and booked. Arrived at the store and was told they'd never heard of bounce and absolutely can't store our luggage. I cancelled in the app, but I think it's only bounce credit (expires in a year), which I won't use. The "reach out to support" button just loads a "something has gone wrong" page.
