FALSE "VALUE" Aquarium tickets. Got the more $$ value ticket that included other things to do there that require more $ there. There was a section to pick 2 things to do from 3 options, and all the other options had green check marks next to them that you would automatically get. One of those 3 options didn't even exist, nor any extra exhibits, and one was still extra $$. The general admission ticket was the exact same as the value ticket I paid more for. Was basically told too bad no refund.

This app has been my BF during my European tour. ITs easy to use and accurate. The prices offered are also very close to the best prices. My only observation is, once I canceled a tour and it was not very clearly noted that cancelation was successful. It remained as pending. I messaged the company using the link provided and confirmed it was canceled.

They sell "entry" & audio tours" to you for entrances for things that are Free. They word in a manner its implied there is an entry cost, when its free to the public, they implied in their write-up that you have to pay entry cost. When you contact customer service, they ignore your complaint or tell you booked it on the wrong day when you contacted them through your booking. It's a big scam. Customer service doesn't help you at all.
