The old interface used to be incredibly user friendly. The new update is not. I waited a while to write a review on it so I could try to get used to it. There are some things that are nicer about the update, but they changed too many things that are worse. An issue I ran into recently was that my checking account number isn't shown in full for me to use it when I set up a new direct deposit and it won't let me click on it or see it in full. I love USFFCU and I have never had any problems before.

The new app is not very good. Before you would be able to make credit card payments online, now you have to add an external account to your profile in order to pay from another account. Or make a deposit at the bank. Not to mention the mobile check deposit feature now takes forever. Be careful of that because if you make an emergency deposit all you'll be left with is a fee and unpaid transactions, even if the deposit is small. The banks are so far and few between, I need mobile banking to fill the gap, but it has been failing me in many ways. I will have to change some things. Again.

This new app replaces an app that was user friendly and had many useful features. The new app is difficult to navigate and some of the best parts have disappeared or are so well hidden that they may as well be gone. No SMS notifications?!? Email only? This is a major step backwards for the sake of some pretty screens. Bring back the old app or improve this one a lot because there is a lot of improvement to do.
