Ratings and reviews

VALR is a great App for investing and trading in Cryptocurrency. They have a range of crypto projects to invest in and their trading fees are very low especially when doing crypto to crypto transfers. The platform is smooth and easy to use and they never under promise. If you are looking to invest in Crypto then VALR is one of the best SA platforms to risk on.

I like the App but would give it 5 star if they resolve the below issue. I live in South Africa, have got work permit, South African bank cards and bank accounts. Currently, I am in another country for the next 3 months, it's my home country. The problem is I tried to do FIAT deposit into my VALR account using one of my South African bank cards but I am getting an error message that I cannot deposit using bank card.

I did a withdrawal 3 weeks back and it still hasnt appeared, did another withdrawal with a different app and i recieved my funds in 12 hours. please help recover my money because they were never reversed nor credited in my valr account
