the app is user friendly, but unfortunately that is the only positive comment that I have. The fees are high, and when you buy you inflate the price a lot. When you sell you deflate the price a lot. the tokens and shares are very limited. one thing that I can recommend is to have alerts on stock prices also.

Terrible buggy sign up and sign in processes which do not work at all. Feed into infinite loops of verification. Codes that are sent to email do not work and tell the user to retry again in a few minutes. This is the most frustrating and disappointing experience I've ever had on a trading app. I made sure to atleast not waste all of my time and take some time to googls lunos top competitors. Binance and coinbase. These two are infinitely better options when compared to this heep of garbage.

The app is extremely basic, and lacks many basic user friendly tools. no 1. no transaction history...why?? . 2. cant save favourite wallet addresses for sending, have to input addresses newly everytime. address verification for receiving has to be done over and over even if receiving from the same person. have a save function atleast for sending and receiving. these are so basic but so irritating that I want to dump Luno all together!
