Everything is doing fine, as long as you set up your 2FA. If havn't enable it please do so, if not your account is in danger as other people may hack in and steal your bitcoin. Unfortunately, i was hacked before as i didnt set up 2FA. As long as i enabled it, there is no more hacked cases so far☺ Enjoy it safely.
Very very poor customer support. Does this platform has only one worker given name Carika? I've installed this app a month ago and did all the necessary steps on the verification level and fund account. The verification took 2 weeks and I've lost my little money which I tried to fund the account. When I contacted the Customer Support, she says that I have deposited to the wrong account number.. What is the use of the REFERENCE then?. For stealing people's money?. Only when I see my little money shown in My Luno account, then I consider to increase this review. Thank you.
This apps generally is a very good platform to exchange cryptocurrency and MYR, it charges reasonably fees on the deposit and exchange, when I saying this, I mean that every other platform were charging about the same amount of fee also....But what makes LUNO different?? LUNO exchange liquidity is way more higher for MYR...Comparing with other platform like ASIABITX, reminato, localBITcoin.... The shortcoming of this platform is that it takes a little bit too long to process withdrawal of MYR to bank account, I didn't mean the bank process time..I mean the time it takes to summit the withdrawal MYR to your bank (for my case, it took 3 days)...Judge by yourself thanks
It runs very well for me and others user. But there's some issue for some users as well such as some account cannot receive bitcoin, the transaction suddenly "CANCEL" to Luno wallet address. Malaysia user been ask for passport id. This problem suffer by my friends accounts in a few months already. There's a lot of email been sent but still no response to solve to issues.
Overall this app is really user friendly. Good liquidity but sometimes BTC in Luno trade higher than average global price, probably demand and supply high in that time. In my opinion current trading fee for Luno MYR exchange is higher than other global bitcoin exchange and should be revised. Customer service is slow. Sent bank statement for 3rd level verification but about 2 weeks later received message said there is some error on sent document and Luno claimed they send me an email for guide me how to fix this error before resubmit document to them but such email never come in to my email inbox or spam. Already contact Luno CS request for they to re-send that email and hopefully 3rd level verification complete soon.
Luno has been a great user-friendly app. But recently I'm not comfortable with the high Dynamic charges. Imagine a dynamic fee higher than the normal transaction. Luno has to do something about this cos I'm already looking confidence about it as the charges hasn't made exchange profitable.
