Been trying to log in to this app for months now. It would seem that I've forgotten the password as it had to be a longer password than what I'm used to and trying to change it has been an absolute nightmare. Either I'm not receiving the otp emails or not receiving the sms/calls and when the app checks if I'm not a robot then it keeps on saying something went wrong. I'm done, I want to log in to withdraw my money. Please assist. The app itself is nice. Logging in has just always been a hassle.

You need to give Nigerians ability to verify using nin. Cause majority don't have a driver's license or passport. Which makes it difficult for verification, aside from that. It's a wonderful app. Also the charges for transfers and conversation is really high, please reduce it too. Why do I have to pay #500 to withdraw #1000 making it a total of #1500 transaction which is too high.

BAD EXPERIENCE!!! I tried to sign out for a while and sign in back but can't! Already followed the instructions but still can't, it keeps saying "too many requests, try again later"... Not just that, I don't even get any verification code even I have my phone and using it. Long time ago it's not really this bad. How many times I tried to change to new password just because of this? Feeling stressed and disappointed!!!
