Painfully dated app where everything feels like it takes more steps than it should. If I try to pay my credit card, I cannot see the amount I owe, I have to go to my accounts, remember the amount I owe in my head, then page over to pay bills. I would recommend that the developers take some lessons from the Chase Bank app in terms of usability and ease of access.

Was great until the latest update, stuck in the loading screen to get to the login. Does not work at all and have to resort to the webpage, not a huge issue, but makes it inconvenient as the app was always a quick and easy way to do online banking.

App is completely broken and non functional since last update. Can't click on anything without getting locked into an endless spinning wheel and nothing will ever actually load. Have tried: Wifi/data Updating phone Restarting Clean uninstall and reinstall Force allowing all permissions Using a pixel 8
