This app needs a fix. When you're trying to operate it remotely (like from a different continent when on vacation) it does not work well at all. When moving the camera left or up it often will move the camera all the way left or all the way up. Instead it should simply capture the amount of time you're holding to the left or up or any other direction and then when you let go it should send the timed movement to the camera.

Great device and reasonably priced... (HM202A) Often the live video feed can take around 10 seconds or more to load after the app is opened, and even then the lag time on audio and video can be quite significant. Also it seems that if you don't use their "cloud" but rather the SD card you put in the camera... When you tap on an event notification, it DOES NOT take you straight to the recording like it does when using their "cloud" There is a fair bit of wonkyness to the app, not gonna lie!

Not sure about the other folks' problems, but the cameras and app have worked really well for me over the past few years. I just added another camera today and it took all of 1 min to have it connected and dialed in on the app and desktop. In addition, I've had very few issues remote viewing from pretty much anywhere in the country. I've had numerous different cameras over the years - some expensive, others not so much - and for me, these work very well for the money. I've got a total of 4 cameras - zero complaints. 👍
