Thanks to the new digital keys Mac has locked me out of my building. They knew my keys didnt work and shut my fob off anyway effectively locking me out of the entire building and the elevators to my apartment. Also cant access the laundry room to wash clothes. All for the measly sum of $2100 a month! Thanks Del Prado and Mac properties!

app is slow. now have to use it instead of fobs to enter the building. fobs were easy, get it out, hold it, done. now have to open the app, wait for the app to load (takes half a minute depending on Internet connection), then tap 5 times to activate the key. it's so much slower and has zero advantage. app chat is monitored and censored. everything that's not praising Mac is deleted.

The app doesn't close when you exit, you have to force stop the app to prevent it from running in the background.
