**Rating is for ur team, I have not yet used application.* After a disappointing experience with the APP call centre support on 26th July afternoon -where I was repeatedly redirected to email support without resolution—I was ready to give up. But Zainab completely changed my perspective. On 27th July, she went above and beyond to resolve the issue efficiently, Her professionalism and dedication turned my 1-star experience into a glowing 5-star one. This app was marvelous ,convenient, and easy .Now more complicated and useless.For more safety,needs obligatory mobile fingerprints ,selfie and many other complicated steps otherwise will not open ,to go to bank branches against the app goal. As not all client are possible to comply and some are old,the app now is useless. At least should be optional as before to help being convenient to those clients. IT must solve soon ,otherwise clients will switch out.

I can't believe a prestigious bank can't fix an issue for more than a month.The app has many issues!! The virtual prepaid visa doesn't work, and I called the banks many times, and the answer is that we are working on it. Get a proper core banking system and solid support. You should have the best digital bank, not an outdated app.
