Service on-the-go with secured anytime, anywhere access. AMS360 Mobile provides an on-demand tool to access information and manage your customer’s accounts from your mobile device. This enables your agency to build customer relationships with more effective client meetings, quicker servicing, and enhanced client experiences.

Making use of an intuitive user interface, AMS360 Mobile allows you to view client and contact details, policy information including declaration page views, recent claims summaries, upcoming renewals, download documents, notes, activities and suspenses. If you have add/edit rights, you can fully service your customers and immediately update your management system when you edit existing client and contact records, create new clients and add new activities and suspenses.

Beyond accessing information on-the-go, the app includes a number of features designed to save time and provide a more seamless user experience. Quickly access ReferenceConnect to better manage insurance research from a single view, experience the “auto-create” feature which automatically adds new activities and suspenses to document specific actions done within the app or make use of the client dashboards to quickly review the health of your accounts.

The app allows you to take advantage of many tools inherent to mobile devices to manage your time even more effectively including GPS mapping, email communications, photo capturing and voice recognition for creating notes and activities verbally.

Even when this application worked it sucked. Now it doesn't even load. Above was my review from 2019. Here we are, years later, and the app is still only rudimentary. There's a limit on how much activity you can see. You can basically look up the contact information, and some basic policy information. For the fortune my agency spends with Vertafore every month, this app is a joke. If you want to do anything with a customer, you pull out your laptop. I don't even know why I still have this app.

Great app, easy to use. It's a great back up when I don't need to fully sign into my Screenconnect desktop and when I'm on the go. Let's me email from clients file using office email program. Only item I wish it hand was cross reference search. We have many clients that have different names that don't appear.

Folks, big improvement over the old app, but unless I'm missing something - we can't attach anything to an activity?? Seriously? And the text box won't let me paste any text in?? Working on an Android.
