Camera records fronts and back. But reviewing the footage on the app is a very painful experience. 1. Not able to select multiple footages as once for download. 2. Downloads 1 footage a time - gosh, it takes forever 3. Cannot download footage in the background- the scene with the download needs to be active main screen. 4. Cannot slow/speed up the footage manually on the app - must rewatch all of it playing at whatever speed. Are there any plans to upgrade this super basic app?

This is just one of the same apps from Viidure. Things like Viidure, VeeCar, Pelsee Cam are all the same, which can connect to the same dash cam. In terms of functionality, it just has basic functions, but works. Few problems are, there is no way to lock the current video other than activating collision sensor. There is no way to do that manually. It has almost useless snapshot feature, though. Also, there is no way to turn off that Chinese English voice other than turning the speaker off.

Installed under a month ago. Has degraded to the point of being 100% useless. If app is opened it freezes my phone and nothing is accessible, I CANT EVEN MAKE OR RECIEVE A CALL. I have to reboot my phone every time. Customer service answers my emails a few days later with responses that do not answer my questions or concerns appropriately. Perhaps because of language barrier. I am returning cam and deleting worthless app.
