I would NOT recommend to anyone else! Installing is easy as long as you read the instructions. But the way the app works is not great at all. You have to use an internet connected into the camera, which makes it an "offline" connection. This only makes everything complicated and not work correctly while it is in use, and takes my attention away from the road, and on to fixing whatever the problem is. I would highly suggest looking for a BLUETOOTH dashcam!

Works just fine. You just need to switch your phone's wifi to the dashcam's wifi, then it'll work. I suspect this is the cause for the low reviews. People are used to bluetooth (which would be better) and can't figure out to connect to the dashcam's wifi. Is there any point in creating an account? It seems you can just skip it, and it's not like anything is saved online.

so, the app works as expected & intended. people are not understanding wifi connection. it's not an advanced or robust app. my main complaint is that downloading vids using the required wifi connection is painfully slow. almost to the point where I just bail out. it works, but it's a slooooow transfer method. also, I notice if you don't leave the app screen open & on, it will disconnect you from the wifi connection. ps - I never have to turn anything "off" like cell signal.
