“The Vodacom 112 Emergency Service Powered by ER24” is exclusively for Vodacom’s Deaf, hearing-impaired and speech-impaired customers. Vodacom customers who are deaf, hearing or speech impaired now have a dedicated mobile application in order to request emergency services. The service is available to all Vodacom Specific Needs customers. This App is meant to enable Vodacom specific needs customers who are deaf, speech and hearing impaired, to use this mobile application service in order to request help in the case of an emergency such as police, fire or ambulance.
