Not surprised based on the other reviews, but as it was the only choice available in my gym for TV audio, I didn't have much of a choice but to use it. Needless to say, I can only confirm the poor experiences of others. I suppose it connected okay, so at least there's that. But after that, the sound disconnected like clockwork. 9:45, app briefly drops sound. 10 minutes, sound completely cuts out. Force closed and restarted the app, 9:45 and 10 minutes, same thing. Third try, same result.

My gym started using AudioFetch a few months ago and I haven't had a single day that it works on the first try. It might play the wrong channel, not play at all, be stuck on one channel, not let me switch channels or a mix of all of those. It's very frustrating. I'll be on the treadmill standing for 5+ minutes trying to get sound. Often I'll just give up and listen to my music instead. I wouldn't recommend.

Excellent Customer Support! Recently I called AudioFetch customer service and over the course of a week or two, Tim communicated with several people at my gym where I was having trouble connecting to AudiFetch. On occasion, Tim would let me know what was going on. Tim's doing that is gold. Tim is friendly, he's knowledgeable, and he's concerned about the resolution of the problem. Only rarely have I encountered someone with all of these attributes. He is a huge asset to AudioFetch.
