I, too, lost the ability to do mobile scan when I got my new android phone about 6 months ago. I am trying to be patient for the fix, but every time I go into the store, I still find myself hoping and checking, if by some miracle, that it works. I loved my mobile scan shopping routine. Not sure a lot of people take advantage of it, and I was skeptical first, but have hated readjusting to "the old fashioned way". Maybe this isn't top priority to fix, but I really hope they get to it soon. π

Terrible App. I have been to 3 different stores and none of them work. Network never connects and when I speak to customer service they have no clue what I am talking about or how it even works. I have tried installing it multiple times, same results. Maybe as Sam's Club how they run their app. Never have a problem with their scanning app. Love skipping the long lines.

I will never shop traditionally again. This is such a game changer, and saves me so much time and money. Time because I shop and scan, then go straight to self check out. No loading of groceries on the belt and bagging. I save money because I get to make sure I bought the correct sale items! I had no trouble installing it, and using it is simple.
