Ratings and reviews

I've been an online shopper for years. Lately, I can't pay when using the app. I have an android. I've emailed support, they said the basics: I've cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and still having issues. I have to logon using my laptop and then, it works, sometimes. I love ShopRite but the app needs work.

Honestly, I find it insulting that we have to download the app and provide you an email to get a discount. and on top of that then you have to go on there and physically pick certain coupons just to save money on something you advertise in a physical ad. you already got my email (information) now you want to force me to actually pretend to click a coupon to save instead of giving me that price for being a member!?

3/22/2026 Since the recent update, sale prices for items do not show when scrolling through search results. You have to click on the individual item for the sale price to show up. The sale price also does not show on the item when added to your shopping list. 5/21/26 items that are advertised in the weekly flyer and are on the shelf in the store are not searchable on the app, so you can't add it to your order or shopping list. (ex: Goodles)
