Useless. It keeps saying ID is expired and needs to be updated even though it is not. When I try to update it a million times, the camera on the app is somewhat blurry. Needs an option where you can just upload a photo if the camera on the app cannot be fix. Because it's certainly not the camera on my phone coz it's perfectly clear when I take pictures outside the app. I cant wait to pull out all my money from webull.

This has been a HORRIBLE experience. I received a notification that my deposit was returned. I contacted the bank to confirm the transaction was authorized. I contacted webull pay via email, message through app, and phone. I attempted to redeposit several times as soon as the notification was sent. Prior to them responding to my inquiry they sold the crypto. Their response liquidate account and permanently restricted. I have used Webull for years without any issues. Be aware before you use.

Not the same as before, the chart is not as accurate as before, can't change the time frequency to minutes or hours, no live charting anymore, harder to buy and sell crypto because chart is not available when buying or selling, does not provide live bid or market price, reminders or notifications are not turning on even when you set it on and so much more. Might have to find a different app.
