Ratings and reviews

Terrible App and Fidelity does nothing to fix it. They are saying "please move your account to another provider!". (1) Page to page navigation inconsistent. (2) Order entry takes to many touches. (3) Account for order entry is randomly selected. (3) Lots of blank screen space. (4) No use of color for buy (green) or sell (red) orders. (5) Options contracts are not listed by expiration date. Thank You Fidelity for making this terrible!!

I originally had this rated two stars, but now I downgraded it to one. The new version should be better than the old one but you can't even find where to do a basic task. I wanted to cancel a sell order but finding where to do that is impossible. And if you see a headline to an article and click on it, it doesn't even take you to the article. HORRIBLE APP!

Has Fidelity even tried to use their app for trading? Real time quotes don't always work, refreshing didn't always work, the app is clunky and not intuitive. I have to close the app and reopen it to get accuracy. I provided feedback with a ton of people and the designers plowed ahead and did what they wanted regardless. We need information, and they provided big fonts and fat graphics that don't fit on a single screen without scrolling instead. Bring back classic mode - it was so much better!
