I received an incomplete order (Order #2407270). I had ordered a dress with a jacket, but only the jacket was delivered. I have tried placing a return multiple times—calls rarely get answered, and even when support confirms a pickup, the pickup agent refuses to take the item. This has happened four times. I have also emailed your support team but have not received any reply. Please resolve this immediately by completing the pickup or issuing a refund.

Bought underwear from two Westside stores this week. One of them didn't give me a bill (emailed them and then got photo of the bill). The other gave me a bill for one product out of the three ( was asked to pay separately for them). Also they say that wipes are free with each product. But they also charge for it in the bill. I also cannot see these bills on the app (in store purchase section). I have liked buying stuff at Westside in the last few years but this feels like some scam.

Horrible experience, got a overall different product from what was ordered. And return option is not functioning. I am unable to proceed after clicking on return option. Few products were not delivered on time and it never got delivered. We cannot contact anyone for the queries we have. Worst experience
