Totally unsatisfactory service . kindly note once device installed and payment done ,the agent will not receive calls. The data provided in app are totally wrong from the ground data. one you call service centre these is when you start to do a total 2 hrs of duty to regularly call them and describe the same issue multiple times. at last you get frustrated and then .....

Location sometimes shows wrong, notification comes late even when engine is On off, current location does not show where your car is, location within 500 meters of it I have complaine many times but nothing happens, so I am going to put a new one after this one after its recharge is over. Their GPS is very useless, their device is faulty and when you complain they charge Rs. 235 per visit and the problem is not solved, I have already paid more visit charges to the technician than the GPS available, when you get the GPS installed they will lie to you and get the GPS installed, after that these people do not have any concern for the customer..
