● Payment History
- Check your payment history including the categories of merchants, time of payment, etc.

● Lock your card
- In case of loss, you can pause your card on the app to prevent anyone else from using your balance.

- If you cannot find your card, you can visit the WOW Exchange machine to reissue a new card that contains your old card's balance.

- You need to verify your card ownership via the mobile app to withdraw the card balance in cash or reissue a card.

passport verification is very difficult. I was able to process it the first time when I registered my card and used it back in May. I'm visiting again, and so I wanted to top up, but it is now asking me to verify my passport again!!!!! Super inconvenient! And why is it that the maximum allowance to top up within a month only $800???

difficult to set up using the app.. you must have an e-passport to verify your identity. I am not going to wander in the rain to find a wow machine. may be the t money part will work. I will just pay cash or regular credit card. have high hope for Wowpass since I have the HK octopus card. Once I foud an kiosk to add $ manually, the experience was good. I transfered fund to my wife's card and used the T card on multiple trip. All in all, app without E passport is a no go. otherwise, works well.

I've got the Wowpass last year and already felt like it's the invention of the year. Check the app again this year and I'm surprised Wowpass now has integrated so many useful features like ordering food and buying Discover passes 😭 I hope this review will give you motivation to get even more creative in your partnerships. I'm sure to stick with Wowpass every time I come to Korea now.
