Devices are constantly missing from the 'Assign device' list so I can't apply any parental controls. Can't get any support. So far this is useless. Edit following developer response - there is no way to reach out via in app support!! Not an option. There's just a very basic knowledge base that doesn't cover this issue. More worryingly, devices have appeared that aren't even on our network. I'll give it another couple of days and I'm returning the lot.

App works in the background, I use a sweep once a week or so on the phone, does what it needs to as far as I'm aware. ( App now working again as it should after an issue from an update, had to get Vodafone to remove and install again from their end as me doing the same wouldn't solve the issue ).

Absolutely useless can be worked around way to easily with randomise mac adress. It also remove the router basic control. Hilight threat without giving any details. Unfortunately did reach out via the app support link to no effect.
