a little garbage.I have the printer two days .With the PC doesn't has problem but the apps are all a great failure.The phones can't connect to printer even if says it is connected.The plug in says doesn't find the printer the same time that the assist says is connected.The main app workspace says that the printer isn't available.The help center says to connect to a link for my country but the link says a great ERROR...This is not an app this is the portrait of failure

extremely bad quality app, just the same as the software on their printers. buying this stupid thing was the worst idea ever! the app won't let me connect to the printer, it won't let me scan the qr code for hours, and when it finally does, it works for a few hours until the printer randomly disconnects and I need to go through the entire process AGAIN! I wish I could give this app and Xerox zero stars!

I'm sorry you're having trouble connecting to your printer. Please reach out to the Xerox Easy Assist support team using the in-app Contact Us feature. Include the printer model number and the details around the problem you're having.

Easy connection to printer, only issue I had was setting up the IP address for the printer as a static address, which required a MAC address and despite searching high and low I couldn't find it anywhere. In the end I had to run a Linux script to query the printer The rest of the info (toner levels, paper tray stock etc) are easily reached with useful graphic displays.

Thanks for your feedback. It sounds like you were expecting to be able to find the MAC address of your printer using Xerox Easy Assist. That is currently not a feature, but we will consider it in a future update.
