About this app

This application allows you to better follow your personalized follow-up to reach your goal
physical transformation (weight loss, muscle gain, physical preparation). You
will have to log in with your account or subscribe to a monitoring plan via the application, complete
your form, wait for your coach to create your program.

You will have access to your balance sheet, your training & food program, a stopwatch,
a nutritional calculator, etc.

YOUR FOLLOW-UP VIA THE YORAN COACHING APPLICATION
1. Every two weeks, you will have the opportunity to send me your report via the application
containing all your information concerning your follow-up: measurements, feelings,
pictures and comments.

2. You will be able to follow the training plan that I will have designed for you
personally via the training space available in the application. According to the formula
you have chosen, a food space will be made available to you with a plan
food that I will have designed especially for you, according to your needs and your objectives.

3. You will also have access to a series of tools to help you achieve your
goals and easily manage your diet, but also your progress during your
workouts

The application will allow you to easily follow your food program and
training, create your own meals, use the tools available to you to
reach your physical goal.
