It rotates fully, but it always turns and faces the wall. I had to add presets to make it face anywhere but the wall! It came with an SD card, but what's the point of that if you still need to pay for cloud service to record video?? Luckily, it speaks so maybe it will deter people, but it's kind of useless to me. It doesn't record any movement, and it takes pictures of NOTHING! Like was someone even there, or was it the WALL? Lol. I'm glad I only paid $5 bucks for this or I would be mad.

Works as intended, missing onvif feature , missing at least jpeg web availability, cloud storage way to expensive, if asked would not recommend.

We bought 3 cam for our resort and this cam is good plus the app is easy to use.other app will turn off your monitoring from cellfone in 10 minutes.when there a power outage what ever you presets will be the same..all you need is a reset and your presets will be the restored.
