I don't like the advertisement pop up when you open the app. I went to the settings to turn it off. But every update turns it back on and have to go back to setting to turn it off again. I don't trust the advertisement because my Spyware blocker kick in. So I feel like this app has some spying into it. I dont feel comfortable with this app. Cameras work great. Just dont like the app advertisement.

You can choose to skip the opening screen ads, or you can go to Me-Tools-AdHub Ads/Google Ads-turn them off. After updating the app, they will continue to pop up, just turn them off. VIP customers who purchase cloud service packages can avoid the ad pop-up function.

The app works beautifully. I would recommend two things. One, when it tells you to change the password, let people know you don't have to put a old password in the very first time you use it because I was asking where is that password when there is no password the first time it's used. The second thing, I would include the IP address in the about camera section, I would like my NVR to record that cam but I cannot find this camera among the 186 devices connected to my network.

Received your feedback evaluation. In order to ensure user security, please input a custom password during the configuration process. In the event of forgetting the password or frequent incorrect entries, it may result in the device being locked. To reset the password, please restore the device to its factory settings.

Horrible, don't use this app. Never stays connected. Goes offline all the time and u can't reconnect until you get home and restart the camera. And no it's not the Internet connection or power supply. Your app sucks. Buy something better. Cheap for a reason. The device is working fine. It's the app that's the problem!!!

It is possible that the device is not online. Please check if the network or power supply is unstable, which may cause disconnection or offline status. You can delete the offline icon on the APP and reconfigure the connection. Alternatively, you can provide feedback on the issue through the "Customer Service Center" on the homepage of the APP.
