I got the AI recognition bird house. It's okay. It does notify me and take a video of when a bird is there. And if that's all they offered it'd be 5 stars. However, because I originally bought it for AI recognition it lost a lot of stars. Not only has it several times incorrectly labeled many birds as a different type of bird, but once when I was changing the water I was labeled a bird. I wish there was a way to report to help AI better recognize the bird species.

The app has always worked fine for me. The issue is business practices. if I get an alert and need to check my camera in a hurry to see what's going on, I should not be met with an ad. I turn off the third party ads, and every time the app updates it turns them back on automatically meaning at any point I could try to open my app and not be able to see my camera as quickly. I understand that ad revenue is important, but there has to be a better way

Open screen ads can be skipped or turned off in Me- Tools AdHub Ads/Google Ads, but updating the app will continue to pop up and close it. VIP customers who purchase cloud storage service packages are exempt from ad pop ups.

Love the bird feeder. I did have to turn off the notifications and eventually delete the app because I had so much activity that it was draining my battery lol I do need some assistance though, I just realized that even though I deleted the app, I am still getting charged 3.99 a month, Im guessing for bird recognition. **Editted** 2 emails sent, awaiting reply
