Macros don't work (they populate with the literal variable names e.g. {{agent_name}}, you get randomly invisibly logged out in the background with no indication, despite still receiving notifications and having persistent toast saying you're logged in, and notifications for messages only work if you also have notifications for every single user arrival. Considering the importance of this app's use, I can firmly say this has been one of my most frustrating and disappointing user experiences.

It is completely ridiculous that after so long this app still does not include a way to change your status automatically based on your business hours. Not only that, but there seems to be no way to close this app other than signing out and then re-enter your subdomain and credentials to log back in. These are basic features for a chat app and I can't be the only one who will not use it because of that.

I didon't received any alam or msg the same time when any one open my online store. This app is no alert us about our customers present. So this app is not good. Kindly slove this issue as soon as possible. Last time I lost my customer they send me text but this app didn't show me any notifications or someone incoming alert. So if you don't change your settings then it's fail app. I should enable all activities option but still I don't receive alert automatically. So please take attention .
