Really enjoying this sustem Simple to use... the app at first not so much but once figured out where everything was...now I am good.
Good start, but needs more Conversation view (which is where the agent spends most of his time) needs to be updated. Needs viewing and editing for rich/html messages. Needs ability to to quickly shrink relies in the thread. Need to show most recent reply when viewing list of threads. Each thread shows first message which isn't useful when coming back later.
Not able to attach pictures and comments are public The latest update I am still able to attach pictures from the gallery and now when I add a comment (Reply) it is default to public and not internal. Not good. Please fix this.
Interface looked promising. Too bad I couldn't log in Apparently there's a software bug. It won't let me sign in and locks out my account, but I still get notifications when tickets are updated as though it signed me in. !neat
Great app Really helping for my work. With this I can do my job from anywhere and anytime.
Can't login Earlier I don't have any problem with this but recently I can't login even I entered the right credentials it won't let me login.
