Colored icons? That's now great updated, but I still can not understand what do icon colours in tickets list view on the left mean? Why some of them are yellow (like new tickets color) some red or voliolet and with different tones? Ir is it just random? Then it disturbs so much!
Search bugs - no font control (1) No font control. (2) Cannot search for user contact record to read notes or details about a user. It worked before update. (3) The results quantity count number does not match the actual number of result records (4) After opening ticket record, priority & status fields occupy two separate lines, inefficient - should be on same line.
This was a great app until a recent overhaul that now leaves me retyping credentials due to expiring tokens and I've lost the critical ability to click hyperlinks. Was a solid 4 to 5 before, now a 1 at best.
Can't login using corporate ADFS SSO Got the latest update a few days ago and ever since, I am unable to login because the built in browser doesn't show the login system from my corporate ADFS system. I am unable to login without this as it is restricted. Please fix ASAP.
Loving the new look and functionality, but... I really love where this app is going, but when I open notifications my token expires and I am forced to re-login. This also happens if I select a notification of a new ticket or a reply. I would love for this to be fixed soon. Thank you!
SSO issues persist Every time I click on a Zendesk ticket URL outside of the app, it expires my login token and forces me to re-enter my institution's support subdomain. Borderline unusable for our techs on Android, including me. Edit: the SSO issue has been fixed.
