The fact that the app just shows up as "Support" in my app drawer now is stupid. Make it Zendesk again, stop trying to do clever branding BS on mobile
On my Pixel C it is locked in Portrait orientation. I was not able to get the app into landscape. App says its designed for phones, so that's probably why. Would like to see tablets getting some attention. App itself is alright. You view tickets, type a response and set the ticket status. Straight forward enough
Recent update is really slow on my first generation moto x. Also keeps knocking me off and have to login multiple times when app crashes. Old version was so much better. 1/4/2017 recent zendesk update on my android 5.0 disable notifications pop-up to show on my phone. Seriously guys!!!!
Can't login anymore so this is now useless after the forced update. 1/23/17 update. After updating and actually being able to see tickets I am now uninstalling and reloading. The app has been running macros incorrectly and assigning them to the wrong groups and people. This wasn't apparent in app and only discovered when tickets were missing and clients upset. We are not your beta testers. Get this figured out or discontinue the app.
I used to be able to sign in through a Gmail account, which enabled me access, but it requests a user now and I just don't have one. My ZD account has always been linked to my work email. Very frustrating.
