Unable to take screenshot with this app On the iOS app you are able to take screenshots so I can send to my team for advice with customers. For some reason, Zendesk has decided to disable screenshots while using this app for "security" reasons. Great security if I can screenshot on an iPhone and a laptop. A useless removal for a function no one asked for. Please allow the function to take screenshots while in the app.
For Zendesk, this is still sad Lack of features, ticket counters are never correct. Navigation is not intuitive at all. User Interface is ugly and always has been. Constantly getting 'unknown error' messages throughout the app. Just a sad display of commitment to the mobile user.
Bad UX and outdated UI App is slow and cumbersome. The interface is long overdue for an update with Material Design... It's even missing the white notification icon!
Fails to login.....kind of?.?.? App gets to dashboard briefly after login then pops up login failed but still get notifications for changes to tickets assigned to me???. Update: if I click a button on the dashboard quickly after login then login failed does not happen? Will increase rating if no further issues experienced in near future.
Blank white screen Not sure if it's because we use sso or what, but after entering our tenant address it just goes to a blank white screen. Works fine on the website.
Bad UI, Notifications don't work Could have been made better really bad user interface, unintuitive to navigate, tickets should show who responded last at least. Also, notifications never work. I depend on my email to see if new tickets came through.
