SmartHub is a handy little billing app. However, there are issues with Pioneer's implementation that need to be corrected ASAP. Firstly, I learned today that the Auto Pay information I had entered in early November, apparently never made it into Pioneer's billing system. So come December's billing, they tried to pull the payment from the wrong account. Yet my Pioneer payment history in this app shows successful payments posted, NOT failed payments.

good to do business with prices and service just as good if not better than competitors. Have used them for years and years.
