Take care of your insurance matters conveniently and safely: For example, submit sickness reports to hkk, change your contact details or send documents to hkk securely.

Security, registration and use:
If you are already registered in the online customer portal "Meine hkk", you can also use your login data there to log in to the service app.

If you are registering for one of our online services for the first time, you can do this conveniently directly via the service app. The hkk service app is subject to the highest data protection standards. Therefore, please use the self-identification app Nect for the first registration. You can register conveniently and securely with your ID card or passport. The app does not support rooted devices for security reasons.

Ratings and reviews

For a second there, I thought I was unlucky that it crashed immediately on my phone. Then I saw the reviews saying the app just does not work. So I guess it behaves as expected? I'd just recommend to broaden the functionality to... anything basically.

The app is not reacted to any information I put. It always tell me to put the correct information, which does not make sense. It was really awful to spend an hour only to enter a simple information, but in the end it did not work.

I am really disappointed. The app doesn't have an option to switch to English. It is such a basic feature which is now in almost all German apps. Please add this option.
