About this app

This app gives you the opportunity to retrieve your findings independently. The prerequisite for this is that your findings are processed by one of the Limbach Group's numerous laboratories. The app is a laboratory solution from the Limbach Group and was developed by a team of experts. You can manage and save multiple findings or forward them as an email from the app. You can be informed conveniently and promptly about the availability of your findings via push notification.
This is how you get your findings using the app:

- When opening the app for the first time, scan the QR code on the flyer you received from the doctor. This will link your app to the respective laboratory.
- Please register in the app. To register, you must provide the order number of your report, your postal code and your date of birth, as well as a password.
- You will be informed by the app via a push message as soon as your findings are available.
- You can then access your findings in the app. The result is visible for 30 days.

Note: You need an internet connection for the app to work properly. In order to scan the QR code, the app also requires access to your camera and permission to send push notifications so that you can be informed as soon as your findings are available.
