This is the worst application and overall experience ever. It takes ages to connect to the vacuum cleaner if it succeeds at all. It is literally impossible to update (even though there is an available update) the device. For a product that expensive i would say this is just UNACCEPTABLE. I would never buy anything else from Miele, ever!!!!

I have started experienced issues with the app. My problems started 2 days ago. Since then every time when I have tried to log in the app has restarted by itself. I can't use it at all anymore.... It is really frustrating... on top of that after the last update it requires me to put password everytime when I am trying to log in. Something that I find very frustrating too.

Horrendous. The app never worked I the first version, and now I've had to reset the unit, and it cannot reconnect at all. Nowhere nears getting any maps, and now can't even program times in. Useless. Shame as vacuum itself is really good, but relies on the terrible app to make it do more than a basic on or off. Please fix this.
