I'm a widow and was spending too much on groceries that I never used. I'm also over weight. So I gave this a try. I enjoy the meals but I also find it better for me to not have to struggle with a full grocery list for just one. Cost a little extra but worth it. The staff at the Tyler location give fantastic one on one customer service.

I love PLN! they're meals are delicious, and super easy to heat up! I love how healthy the meals are and the amount of protein they provide. it is even the perfect proportions! and the guys in canandaigua are super nice and friendly! made my experience overall an amazing one! definitely a long time customer!

PLN has great meals and snacks, shakes are awesome, staff is great and not pushy to sell, helpful and the products sell themselves.
