About this app

DIGITAL PLUS FOR YOUR HEALTH

With “VIACTIV - ePA” you have access to your electronic patient file. There you can securely store and manage important information about your health.
Data on medications, previous illnesses, vaccinations or treatments – all of this is stored safely in your electronic patient file and is directly available via the app if necessary. This means you can receive faster and better treatment when visiting the doctor or in an emergency situation.

NEW IN VERSION 2.6.0:
From January 1st, 2024, VIACTIV will provide you with a health ID when you register with VIACTIV - ePA. Your benefits at a glance:
• Simple: With your health ID and the associated PIN, you can quickly and conveniently access all digital health services.
• Secure: Two-factor authentication (2FA) ensures that only you can view and change your data.
• Sustainable: The HealthID is the secure basis for all future digital health services. This means you are well prepared for the future of the healthcare system.
• Register in the gematik ePrescription app using VIACTIV - ePA and your health ID
If you are already registered on the ePA app, you will have to identify yourself again. Your data already stored in the ePA will be retained. Further information can be found at: www.viactiv.de/gid

The electronic patient record, or ePA for short, is the perfect storage location for your personal health data. With “VIACTIV - ePA” you have full control over the information stored there. With just a few clicks you can decide for yourself at any time which data is stored in your ePA and who is allowed to view it.
