I went to go book a follow up appointment and the app would only allow me to schedule a second "initial appointment" then THEY cancelled it because it was categorized incorrectly & rebooked it for 2 hours after my scheduled appointment without checking that I could make it. when I reached out to customer support they refused to clarify why they changed my appointment time, insisting that it was the same time despite my emails showing the 2 hour change. I am unable to cancel because it's today.

This app constantly stops working. For something that is so important and tied to health related concerns, you would think this app would be attended to and bugs fixed. But that's not the case. It constantly asked me to log in and ask me if I want to enable biometrics, just to forget it in a few minutes later. In addition to that, when I try to do something it will turn the screen black and restart the whole process again. Very frustrating

Keeps crashing saying "no Internet connection" when I definitely have a strong connection. Can be helpful when it's working and not crashing, but requires a login process like you are first time using the app everytime I try to login. Very buggy currently and needs an update to resolve these issues.
