Ratings and reviews

Terribly difficult to navigate, unintuitive, and some features simply don't work. Tried to schedule an appointment and in the "tell us a specific reason" dialogue, the app was completely unresponsive, could not enter anything. Does anyone test run these apps before publishing? I'm using a very common current Samsung phone.

Very much worth the download if you are receiving care at HSS. Keeps you up-to-date, easy to fill out questionnaires and notifications come through. 8 weeks post op it's nice to get notifications for questionnaires needing to be completed. Only 4/5 because communication through this app will get no response. Better to email or call if you have questions.

I really truly love this app. I can reach my doctor through the portal and it is very easy to use. Downloading the app and setting it up with a user name and password where was uncomplicated. You can check test results without any problems. Too bad other hospitals don't have this.
