About this app

RIIP REPS enables schools, clubs and leagues to easily implement neuromuscular training programs to Reduce Injuries and Improve Performance (RIIP) for all teams and athletes ages 13+.

This free, app-delivered neuromuscular training program builds athletes’ strength, balance and control when accelerating, stopping on a dime, cutting, jumping and landing.

RIIP REPS is free for approved organizations and requires no special equipment. The 7 minute expert-led training sessions can be done like homework in the app, so there is no disruption to practice schedules.

FOUR 7-MINUTE TRAINING SESSIONS PER WEEK
Athletes do four 7-minute neuromuscular training sessions per week as a warm-up before practice or at home, like homework.

AUDIO, TEXT, AND VISUAL CUES FOCUSED ON MECHANICS
Proper form is taught by experts and reinforced consistently with multimodal cues.

RATE SESSIONS, EARN ACHIEVEMENTS
Athletes rate every session and earn achievements. Consistency and persistence is rewarded.

TRACK PROGRESS ALONGSIDE TEAMMATES
Progress and performance is transparent for athletes, coaches and athletic directors, leveraging positive team dynamics and encouraging training consistency.

LEAGUES, CLUBS AND SCHOOLS
Sports organizations and their teams invite athletes to join their teammates on a training roster.

ATHLETES
App guides athletes through expert-led neuromuscular training sessions as a warm-up before practice or at home like homework.

ATHLETIC DIRECTORS AND COACHES
Athletic directors and coaches see real-time athlete and team progress.

"With RIIP REPS, there is no cost to schools, no requirement to have an athletic trainer, no need to lean on coaches to be the exercise science experts, no disruption to practice schedules, and no special equipment is required. That’s doable."
