About this app

TBC Pass is an application updating old TBC Digipass, which generates onetime codes for authorizing Internet and Mobile Banking transactions.

Onetime code generated by the application is an alternative to SMS code and the codes generated by the token device.

To activate the application please contact us via Call Center or visit any of our branches.

Can get you in trouble. I installed the app and tested in Tbilisi. It worked, I went abroad and tried to actually use it. Code it produced was not accepted by the bank. I tried three times, failure. I've deactivated it hoping that I will start getting sms. No! You have to go to the office to disable. Be careful!

Absolutely horrible user experience. Extremely outdated and convoluted app for what seems to be a simple problem. For some reason you have to download a separate app (could've been built in into the mobile bank one), you need to remember absolutely random pin code (like we don't have enough already. Ever heard of biometrics?), and I have to open it manually on each transfer (push notifications exist for a reason). I will be downgrading back to SMS.

Crashes every time I enter. There is no other alternative of making salary transfers. It is uncomfortable and risky to be dependent on app that does not work properly.
