the UI of your bank app is the most unfriendly interface I've ever come across, unclear where anything is and not easy to navigate at all. lately the app cinstantly crashes, doesn't show balance, all cards or doesn't load at all. I've been trying to log in for the past 10 minutes and it keeps giving error codes that it's not available. Would be nice if you could look at competitor apps and make your interface more user friendly, as well as the app itself, otherwise impossible to use.

New UI is way worse compared to the old one, it not intuitive at all. Also they used to have really good exchange rate for a bank, but now you have to go through a multiple steps to get an offer and the offered rate is still not as good as other banks.

They keep offering me promos that I'm not eligible for (like a no monthly fee card). Wasted a lot of time because of that. The app is really good though, I would have given it 5 stars otherwise.
