Failed to remember my username and password even though I never changed it. Tried using guest mode. By the time you finish inputting your information they make you reselect the pickup time. If you switch apps, and are on guest mode you have to enter all your information in again. If they run out of one type of boba they still list it in the app. The drink itself tastes fine, but I never want to use the app to order again.

there seems to be issues with options in this app. for example trying to order a boba milk tea requires you to choose more boba ( at $.75 extra), less boba, or none. you cannot proceed without choosing.

Amazing freshly made Boba. Store has windows all across and you can see the process of then making the Boba from start to them adding it in your drink.
