Works well for issues that the city handles directly i.e. fixing pot holes, ticketing cars without stickers in resident parking, etc. Doesn't work well for some issues that are handled by contractors like when yard waste isn't picked up for a month. Some contractors are more responsive than others. Blue Bikes is pretty good about cleaning up abandoned bikes left undocked around the city.

Used to be one of the most noble apps I've ever seen created. The speed and ease of creating reports made it powerful, because if you can't send off a report in less than 5 seconds you won't. However since the redesign, which isn't inherently bad, it's just too slow to use anymore. Please continue with performance improvements for startup (currently takes me to a web link which is super slow) and a new report takes too long to load too, and this was testing on WiFi...

App needs to have a search button to find reports. Similar to the web browser. - Need to search for case numbers, topics, streets, etc. As of now you can only see current reports using the app. Cannot look up submitted reports using case number etc.
