How to Set Up Your Account
• Download the ParkBoston app and create an account with your email address and password
• Enter your license plate number and the state where your vehicle is registered
• Add your method of payment and start using the ParkBoston app

How It Works:
On-Street and Off-Street Parking:
• Enter the zone number on the posted signs and stickers around the parking spot
• Select the amount of time you want to park and confirm your information
• Touch the “Start Parking” button to begin your parking session
• Extend time in the app if you are running late

Doesn't keep you logged in. They probably figured out that if they force logged people out that it leads to an increase in revenue. I got logged out and tried to reset my password and the email didn't come. I had to go to a quick appointment and came back to a ticket. I just tried again, weeks later. It accepts my email address and says "reset email sent." It is not in my inbox or spam folder. Whether calculated or due to incompetence, the result is the same.

Nov'23: Still does NOT work. This app no longer works. It dies the moment it starts. I cannot get it working anymore. Re: devs response. Why bother with the update, I just switched to Park Mobile once I discovered the switchover of the providers. Why should I be wasting data on downloading the update while on the street? The app admins should inform users about such drastic changes. In general, app requirement for parking in Boston discriminates against elderly and low-income population.

I used to love this app. Now it"s HORRIBLE! Only allowing me to add time up to the next new hour -- meaning that for instance if it's 3:35 in the afternoon it will only allow me to park until 4!! What in the world is up with that? Tiny slider to select parking time is way too small and finicky, even if it did work correctly! VERY upsetting!

• Creating a new account just got simpler with Google Sign On! To access existing account details, continue signing in with your ParkMobile account email and password.
• We’re happy to now offer GPay as a payment option where accepted. Start parking without needing to manually enter your card details. Save time and get to your destination faster!
